Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Dragon Shop delivers high quality merchandise across Pakistan and to selected international destinations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. We offer same-day rush delivery across Islamabad & Rawalpindi and express 24-48 hour urgent delivery to Lahore, Karachi and beyond. Urgent delivery may be possible depending on the order time, product availability and courier availability.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated for each order based on the courier service selected, delivery location and package weight.

Pakistan Post: Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are approximately PKR 200 to PKR 300 for lightweight packages.

Private Courier: Delivery can take same-day to 4 business days. Urgent delivery may be possible depending on the order time, product availability and courier availability. The final shipping cost is confirmed at the time of order verification.

Bus Cargo Service: We also send parcels through bus cargo services to other cities. This service is subject to route availability and the time the order is placed. Additional charges may apply for bus cargo handling.

Tracking or receipt details will be shared via SMS or email once the order leaves our facility.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally via reliable global courier services. International delivery usually takes 7 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. International shipping rates are calculated for each order based on the destination country and package weight.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Dragon Shop Pakistan is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to international packages. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
